Our bungalow is fully renovated with a master suite, a Murphy queen bed in a second bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, attached garage, central air, solar shingles with battery back up and open concept main living space. We are 2 blocks from a sandy, shallow entry beach on Lake Huron excellent for swimming and long walks. Our property is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighbourhood, lovely for walking, biking but also just 5 minutes from shopping complex. Our gardens are filled with native plants and back yard has dining area and fire pit. There is also a bunkie with queen bed, kitchenette & 2 piece bathroom. Outside there is an outdoor shower with hot water. It is our little slice of heaven.
Our schnoodle Piper is 2 years old rescue and very affectionate once she gets to know you. We play almost daily with canine friends at the community dog park. She loves to go for walks around our neighbourhood or at a nearby provincial park. Piper loves to hang out on our covered porch and keep an eye out for squirrels, chipmunks or other dog friends. She has an invisible fence system to keep her safe when in the yard with you. She sleeps at the foot of our bed and tells us when it is time for bed.
We have a few pots of plants on our back patio that need an occasional drink. Native plants and clover lawn do not require watering.
