Ayer's Cliff Quebec

I'm looking for a caring dog and house sitter for a long weekend. My dates are flexible if you're free a different weekend, let me know!

My house is in the beautiful Eastern Townships. On the Main Street of small town Ayer's Cliff. Walking distance to the beautiful Massawippi lake.
Also a short walk away: CIBC (bank), pharmacy, restaurants, hair dresser, bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, library, post office and more.

You can also walk to the beautiful multipurpose Tomifobia trail. Depending on the season, you can walk/bike/snowshoe or cross country ski.

My house is a cozy 2 story home with large stocked kitchen and full bath on the main floor. On. the second floor there are two bedrooms, each has a queen bed and a loft area at the top of the stairs with 2 comfortable pullout single beds and a powder room.

Watering my very small garden and patio boxes would be expected should it be very dry and hot. If you're there on a Thursday evening, the trash bins need to go out (Friday early morning is garbage day).

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone to stay and take care of my 10 year old Australian Shepherd, Ally. She responds well and is pretty easy to care for. She needs 2 feedings and walks per day (morning and evening). If you can, one long walk and a bit of off leash running and fetch would be great. She always returns to you and will love you if you bring her treats! : ). You don't have to go far, the Fairgrounds (includes a baseball and soccer field) are right behind my house and there's ample spaces there for her to run. If in use, there are a few school parks very close by as well.

15 minutes to Magog. 25 minute to Coaticook. 30 minutes to the border with Vermont. Sherbrooke is only 30 minutes away as well.

The town boasts a bilingual status, you therefore benefit from service in both of Canada's official languages (English and French).
