We have 80 acres with an off grid cabin (one room), a 40 foot motorhome and a 40 foot Park Trailer. Power is from generators but working on installing wind, and solar systems now. We have 7 dogs that have different needs and live in the cabin, trailer, and/or the motorhome. The dogs are walked 2 to 3 times daily, and fed twice a day. Our 2 horses free range over the property but will need to be fed multiple times per day during the winter months. Keeping the water, frost and ice free, for the horses is very important. Experience with running and maintaining generators, water pumps, wood stoves, and RV septic system would be preferred. We cover all expenses (gas, propane, firewood) for running and maintaining the farmstead.
We are 10 minutes by vehicle from the grocery stores, and a few minutes away from the beaches.
Pay Rate: $130 per day.
