KINGSVILLE Ontario

Hi! Thank you for thinking about taking care of us. Our names are Oscar, Felix and Buddy. Oscar and Felix are 6-year old brothers, and don't bother me much, being cats. My name is Buddy, and I am a 12 year-old Havanese puppy, and no trouble at all as long as have a couple of walks a day, my little bit of thyroid medicine (I have learned not to spit it out), and lots of cuddles.

We live in a nice 5 year old semi detached house in the little town of Kingsville, which is the most southerly town in Canada. My mom walks me around the neighborhood every day, but there is a dog park on the other side of town that I enjoy, and lots of trails and places to see on the north shore of Lake Erie. It is just a short walk to the grocery store, arena, downtown, and all of the restaurants that Kingsville is known for. It is also close to the many area wineries, as well as Windsor and Detroit.

Winter in this area is generally mild, with little snow most of the time. The last two winters it barely snowed at all! We live a short drive from Point Pelee National Park, which has walking trails and interesting ice formations when it gets cold enough. I love Point Pelee, especially walking on the boardwalk with my mom and dad. I have a pass that you can use if you want to visit the Park, although it is often closed one week in January.

You will need a car to get around, to visit the area and its local attractions, but we are just a short walk to town.

I would really like it if you could come and take care of us. We will miss our parents, but like meeting new people!
