150 Mile House British Columbia

Beautiful log home privately situated on 10 acres 15 km south of Williams lake British Columbia . Three fully furnished bedrooms plus loft with two bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a fully furnished loft upstairs. Two bathrooms one downstairs with shower only and one upstairs with tub and shower. There is a cover garage and car port in the back of the house that can provide room for a camper trailer or RV. There is also access to electricity and hot and cold water taps outside.
One dog Maggie age 11 years old who is very friendly and is medium size and two cats one tabby, Bobby age 12 and a ginger cat, Buzz aged 10 years old. They are all extremely friendly. All pets need daily feeding and the cats go outside during the day when the weather is good. Maggie can be let out in the yard to run and loves to play ball. She also loves a daily walk. Fresh water must be available for them outside and as well as inside. Shrubs and trees in front yard and back of the house will need watering twice a week depending on daily temperatures.
There is sitting area on a deck attached to the car port and a fire pit area for evenings sitting by a camp fire. House has wrap around deck and gas stove. The property has a septic run that leads to a lagoon. More photos can be sent if requested. If you have any questions please contact me.
