Hello!
My name is Megan and I'm a Canadian freelance graphic designer. I pride myself on being warm and friendly, and also clean, reliable and trustworthy. I really enjoy spending time in new locations, learning new cultures and meeting new people. If I'm able to do it with an animal companion I consider myself truly blessed.

I have cared for animals for a majority of my life and for the past year, I have turned it into a dream come true by doing it full time. I have experience with both adult and senior cats, small and medium-sized dogs, birds and poultry, sheep, goats and horses. I also have experience with administering medications and tending to/monitoring illnesses like seizures, chronic anxiety and major fears that inhibit normal daily life.

In my spare time I tend to gravitate towards solitude where I can read, draw, walk and bike; and when the feeling is right, I also like being more social like visiting markets, beaches or parks.

As your sitter:
* You can trust that I will show up as my best self to care for your home and loved ones.
* I understand the necessity for a trustworthy sitter so, rest asured, you and I will video chat and meet in person prior to the sit. It's important to me that I meet your animal family member so they can become comfortable with me and we can become quick friends.
* I will leave your home cleaner than when I arrived. I will collect and take out garbage and recycling, pickup mail, keep my vehicle in the driveway, water the plants, launder any linen I've used and keep your home neat and tidy while you're away.
* I am a reliable communicator. I believe that while you are trusting me to care for your home and animals you should always be able to reach me. Also, I happily send regular photos and videos. I appreciate the comfort and reassurance it brings.
