Sheldon & George

Hello! We are Sheldon and George and we look forward to housesitting for you :)
We are a Canadian and UK citizen who met abroad and have settled in Sheldon's longtime home of Victoria, BC. We love cooking, spending time outdoors, reading, and going on camping/road trip adventures in the van that we camperized last year. We are quiet, respectful, responsible, friendly, and loving. We love animals, gardening, seeing new places and trying different lifestyles, all reasons we are interested in house sitting!
Sheldon had her first house sitting experience prior to the pandemic where she cared for 2 big dogs, a cat, and a small business in a large country house in Ireland for a month. Once George moved to Canada, we both house sat a small farm near Williams Lake, feeding and caring for a flock of sheep, a few horses, chickens, and 3 dogs (even throughout 3 day standoff with a black bear - long story!). Sheldon grew up with dogs and George is a cat person so we have our bases covered with your pets! We are currently fostering a beautiful daschund from Iran for a couple weeks and could provide a reference from the agency as well.
