Whether it be house and/or pet sitting, I am so grateful for this kind of opportunity in this chapter of my life where I am really figuring out who I am and where I want to be. It means a lot to me to be able to provide that sense of ease, while enjoying safe accommodations as I am travelling solo.

I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life and have also had my own pets over the years, so caring for animals feels very natural to me. I genuinely feel my best when I know the animals around me are happy, comfortable, and having the best day possible — whether that means long walks, playtime, cuddles, sticking to routines, or simply providing calm companionship.

I still work remotely for my Ontario-based job, which means my workday starts early (around 5:30am PST), so I tend to be on the quieter and more relaxed side. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors exploring forests, trails, beaches, and new places around me. I love being outside just as much as I appreciate a quiet evening in after a day of adventuring.

I’m very flexible, responsible, and respectful of people’s homes, and I’m open to both short and longer stays if needed. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and help give you peace of mind while you’re away!

Read moreI have enjoyed pet sitting throughout my life, but have really been focusing on it while I am in this kind of “discovery” chapter.
When I made the decision to leave home and explore this beautiful world, I didn’t really know where it was going to take me, but am not at all surprised that it involves animals, as that has always been a passion of mine.

Once I signed up, right away was matched with a lovely dog up in the Comox Valley. He was absolute magic and healed a lot in me. We had such a nice time together over our two week stay, that the owners asked me to come back the next weekend. These are the kinds of experiences that have really shaped this time in my life. Being able to stay somewhere safe while I discover so much about myself has been such a gift.
