Hello, we are a couple from the UK who have come to Canada to travel! We are currently exploring Canada in our van Mabel. We both have had a variety of pets from dogs to sheep and we love animals,

It's a great way to explore a part of the country, and we miss having a pet so it's a lovely way to get dog and cat cuddles whilst travelling.
It's also a lovely break from our van life, which is lots of fun but the van is pretty small!

Hi! We are an engaged couple who decided to come to Canada to live abroad and explore the country, We own a van called Mabel which we have been exploring in and we are looking for house sitting jobs over winter as it will be too cold for our van.

Jack is an engineer who has also worked on a farm and can work tractors and other machinery. He has had many dogs throughout his life, including a St Bernard, so he has no problem walking big dogs.

Miranda is a Zoologist who has owned a variety of animals: dogs, cats, fish and even insects. She has cared for many farm animals as well, including: sheep, chickens, horses and even knows how to milk cows.

We are both physically fit and happy to take dogs on long walks or to do some tricky gardening.

We do not smoke or do drugs and van life has taught us to be clean and tidy! Whether it’s walking dogs, spending quality time with pets, gardening or keeping your home clean, secure, and well maintained, we’ll care for everything as if it were our own.

We’d love the opportunity to look after your home and your pets, so you can return to happy animals, a tidy house, and the reassurance that everything has been cared for with kindness and attention.

We have done various house sitting in England and have references available.

Pet care

Together we have looked after multiple breeds of dog, from corgis to St Bernards. We have also cared for insects, cats, chickens, fish and sheep.

Jack has worked on a farm so can drive a tractor and other machinery. Miranda grew up near a farm so learnt how to care of farm animals from hand rearing lambs, looking after chickens, milking cows and feeding horses.
