Hello from your future house sitters!

We are two Brits who have recently relocated to beautiful Vancouver.

favoriteWhy we love house sitting

As new residents of British Columbia, we are using this summer to truly get to know the province we now call home. We believe the best way to experience a community is to live like a local, and house sitting allows us to explore different neighborhoods while we decide where to settle permanently.

To truly immerse ourselves in our new home across the pond, we are spending six months traveling the Americas before settling into full-time roles.

We returned to Canada on July 4th after completing a 6 month career break and are fully available for house sitting through the end of December 2026.

Our Routine & Reliability

We will be spending roughly half of each day working remotely on job applications. This is a great benefit for your pets, as it means we will be at home for much of the day to provide company, cuddles, and consistent supervision. The rest of our time will be spent exploring the local trails and towns of British Columbia, so can provide plenty of walks too.

Pet care

Animals have always been a huge part of our lives. We’ve grown up with everything from high-energy pups to shy rescue cats, and we know that every pet has their own unique personality and character.

Special Needs & Medical Care: We are very comfortable with pets that need a bit of extra TLC. ... Read moreAnimals have always been a huge part of our lives. We’ve grown up with everything from high-energy pups to shy rescue cats, and we know that every pet has their own unique personality and character.

Special Needs & Medical Care: We are very comfortable with pets that need a bit of extra TLC. Most notably, working with a dog, called Zeus, who has epilepsy. We’re used to sticking to strict medication schedules.

A Heart for Rescues: We have a real soft spot for rescues. Growing up with many rescue dogs, including Fin and Bella, taught us that some pets just need a little more time and patience.

Cat Lovers at Heart: We are lifelong cat people. Whether it was our own beloved Kitty or looking after my mum’s crew of rescue cats, we’ve seen it all.
