favoriteWhy I love house sitting

I love exploring new communities, meeting new people, and travel in general. Housesitting is a great way to do that. If it includes a the companionship of an animal that would make it perfect.

With the kids grown, and the animals in my life gone, I find myself free to explore our beautiful country. Can't think of a better way to do that than exploring it one community at a time through the eyes of your dog or cat.

As a former home owner myself, I have experience taking care of a house and property. I am a fit, active senior that loves walking, biking, hiking, and exploring 'new to me' places.

I have looked after the pets of friends and family, as needed, most of my life. Primarily dogs and cats, but on occasion birds and fish. Most recently I house sat for a friend who had a dog, cat, and chickens.
