57, Retired teacher

I’m 57, newly retired teacher looking to see more of my country in a financially feasible way. I grew up on and owned my own farm (cattle and horses). I have cared for all kinds of 4 legged animals.

favoriteWhy I love house sitting

I enjoy seeing all kinds from all places. I’m onto new experiences now that I’m retired. I’m hoping for a more personal, local experience than staying in hotels and that the owners might leave a list of things I may enjoy seeing or doing in their area.

I love dogs and cats, cows and horses. I am a gardener and enjoy the outdoors. I appreciate tidy surroundings, but not OCD about it. I am looking forward to discovering more about my country in a relaxed, peaceful way.
I am caring, honest and trustworthy, vibrant, respectful and fun loving. I have a lot of common sense and a variety of animal experiences. I have a small dog of my own, but it’s not a deal breaker if she travels with me or not.

Owned and operated my own cattle operation (100 angus cows) and grew up on a mixed farm. Made hay, fed hay, operated tractors, drive standard trucks. I can ride horse and drive quad. I’m very agricultural based.
