We're a Canadian-Scottish couple who have chosen to spend this chapter of our lives travelling slowly throughout North America while working remotely. Rather than rushing from place to place, we love getting to know communities, discovering local cafés and walking trails, and experiencing each destination as if we lived there.

House sitting has become a natural fit for us because it combines two things we genuinely value: caring for animals and being trusted with someone's home.

To us, pets are family.

Throughout our lives we've shared our home with wonderful dogs and cats who have been much-loved members of our family. We understand that every animal has their own personality, routines, favourite places to nap, preferred walking routes, and little quirks that make them unique. We genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet as an individual and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.

Because we both work remotely, we're able to spend much more time at home than many sitters. That means your pets receive plenty of companionship, consistency, exercise, and attention—not just the essentials, but the quiet presence that helps many animals feel secure when their family is travelling.

Looking after a home is something we take just as seriously.

We're naturally tidy, organized, respectful, and appreciate peaceful spaces. Whether it's watering plants, collecting mail, keeping everything clean, or simply maintaining the rhythm of your home, we believe good house sitting is about stewardship. When we're welcomed into someone's home, we care for it with the same respect and appreciation we would our own.

Communication is another priority for us. We'll happily send updates, photos, and messages as often as you'd like so you can truly relax, knowing both your home and your pets are in caring hands.

Although we're new to house-sitting platforms, we're certainly not new to responsibility. Between us we've spent decades caring for our own homes, our own beloved pets, and helping family, friends, and neighbours whenever we've been needed. We understand that trust is earned, and we'd love the opportunity to earn yours.

If you're looking for people who will simply feed your pets and sleep in your home, there are many wonderful sitters available.

If you're looking for a couple who will genuinely enjoy spending time with your animals, care for your home with gratitude and respect, communicate openly, and leave you feeling completely at ease while you're away, we'd be honoured to look after the things that matter most to you.

We understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and we take the time to help them feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their family is away. We're comfortable with feeding routines, daily walks, administering medication when needed, playtime, and plenty of companionship. Because we both work remotely, your pets receive lots of attention throughout the day—not just visits, but caring, consistent company.
