For us, house and pet sitting is a way to meet new people and pets, immerse ourselves in new cultures and communities, an opportunity to learn more of our country's history. Let's not forget food, wines and spirits, and our love of nature.

Hi! We are 33 years into this incredible love journey, devoted to eachother and beaming with pride of our three adult children.

Now retired, we want to cherish our time with loved ones, travel and discover all that our beautiful country has to offer, volunteer, and enjoy our hobbies.

I'm a 12 year decorated veteran of the RCAF, and the mayor of our tiny northeastern Ontario community (in the last of 12 year run). Claude just retired from a satisfying career with Enbridge and now spends most of his time in his woodworking shop. Newest project: build a camper van.

I like crafting, kayaking, surfing, and Frank Hebert's Dune hexalogy.

We acknowledge diverse gender identities and orientations, equality, inclusion, and acceptance. Although non-Indigenous, we are on a learning journey and aknowledge the historical and ongoing injustices toward Indigenous Peoples.

We are both animal lovers, RIP to our three beloved dogs ToutePetite, Gizmo, and Bisou. We currently care for sibling gatos, Daisy and Cashew.

Lastly, we are neat freaks, just short of OCD 😉

Pet care

I cared for a turtle for many years, and goldfish. We're very adept at caring for dogs or cats. A bit of hobby farm experience with chickens, ducks, and goats. Lastly, a little familiar with guinea pigs and rabbits.
