Heather was a perfect pet/house sitter. Super easy and seamless. Communication was wonderful…she was always responsive. She sent pics of our pets upon her arrival to let us know she arrived and that they were being cared for. The House was clean upon our return. Spending three months each winter in the south of Spain means that our selection of a responsible sitter is crucial. We could not have been happier with Heather. From the moment we first met via Zoom, we were impressed with her calm, quiet and professional demeanour. She took good care of our house and it was as neat and clean when we returned as it was when we left. She was an excellent communicator- before, during and after the sit. We have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Heather took care of our house and Toshi perfectly. She communicated regularly with us and left the house in exactly the same condition as we left it. Our week away was delayed by the awful snow storm and Heather adjusted very well to the shortened sit. We would highly recommend her.

House was as clean as I had left it upon my return. Cat was relaxed. No issues at all.

Heather is a wonderful pet sitter and our pets seem very happy to see her arrive and sad to see her leave … she follows all the intricacies of our 5 pets and their needs… she also keeps a neat and tidy house for us to return to…we are hoping she will return when we’re ready for our next adventure!

Heather is conscentious, thoughtful and thorough. Our three cats warmed to her quickly and she persuaded our elderly cat to eat consistently (something we can't always do). The house was pristine when we returned. She sent delightful updates while we were away and welcomed us on our return with a plate of ginger cookies. Highly recommended

We were very happy and fortunate that Heather was available for a second housesit. Our home, garden and most importantly, our two senior cats were well taken care of. Heather was amazing… she communicated well, sent us loads of pictures and updates of the pets which she clearly treated well… she has a great affection for cats and dogs… our home was well cared for, the plants watered and the house was clean upon our arrival home…I would highly recommend Heather for house and or pet sitting… we were able to have a most relaxing vacation with Heather in charge!
