While we’re relatively new to house sitting ourselves, we’ve had such positive experiences having kind, trustworthy people care for our own cat that it inspired us to offer the same peace of mind to others. We know firsthand how meaningful it is to leave home knowing your pet is safe and happy!

We are artists living in Montreal with a deep appreciation for both animals and peaceful, well-kept spaces. Our work in the arts gives us flexible schedules and allows us to spend plenty of time at home, making us attentive and present companions for your pets!
We’re naturally tidy, organized, and respectful, and we understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. We have experience with most animals from large 200 pound mountain dogs to lizards to cuddly cats!

Because of that experience, friends often trust us to care for their bigger dogs, knowing we’re comfortable, attentive, and genuinely love their size and temperament.
Over time, we’ve looked after a wide range of pets—from a giant Newfy named Atlas to our own tiny tabby, Miss P. Galore. We’ve also cared for birds and lizards, and we’re always open and excited to learn about new animals and their unique needs.
No matter the size or species, we approach every pet with patience, curiosity, and a lot of affection!

Jeff will be working on a film in Vancouver this summer, so we’ll be returning to stay with family during that time. While we’re there, we’re hoping to find opportunities in August and September to care for a home or pets—giving us a peaceful change of pace from a full and lively family household!

Review

Jeff and Kandle took good care of our dogs and house, and took the time to meet the dogs before the sit. They were communicative and flexible when our travel plans needed to be slightly adjusted. It would have been great to receive more updates during the sit so we could see how things were going. House was left in good shape, though there were left overs in the fridge and some food on counter. Otherwise all good.
