We are a retired Winnipeg-based couple with experience in dogs (3), cats (4), birds (1) and fish. Looking to travel and visit family while caring for your home and enjoying the company of your pets.

We value the many benefits of interacting with pets and believe this is a way of enjoying those benefits while visiting family across the country, travelling and helping out people who want to leave their pets in caring hands.

John is a retired naval officer and consultant. Ann Marie is a retired editor and administrator. We have four adult children, one grandson, one cat (Kitty). and a Kamperoo for camping and exploring Canada.

John was busy over the past year puppy raising a labrador retriever named Cricket for the CNIB guide dog program.

We are also home owners with Housesitters Canada and have enjoyed the experience from the other side of this service.

Pet care

Other. than taking care of our own pets for almost 30 years, we have pet sat for family and neighbours. Looking forward to our first Housesitters Canada experience.
