I’ve cared for animals for most of my life and have been housesitting and petsitting full-time for the past several years. I especially enjoy caring for senior animals and have experience with senior cats, as well as small and medium-sized dogs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and supporting animals with anxiety, seizures, mobility limitations, and other special care needs.

By nature, I’m fairly calm and home-oriented. In my free time I enjoy reading, drawing, walking, biking, visiting local markets, and spending quiet time outdoors. I tend to be a peaceful and respectful presence in the homes I stay in.

As your sitter, you can trust that I will show up with care, integrity, and attention to detail. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your home and beloved animals in someone else’s hands, so I’m always happy to video chat and meet beforehand whenever possible.

I take pride in keeping homes clean, tidy, and well cared for. I’m happy to collect mail, water plants, take care of garbage and recycling, launder used linens, and maintain a calm, organized space while you’re away.

I’m also a reliable communicator and genuinely value helping owners feel at ease. I happily send regular updates and photos so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away from home.

Megan did an excellent job at our house! She sent pet photos, left the place spotless and stayed in contact with clear communication. She managed letting our cats out with their Tractive collars, did our bins and recycling, watered plants and got the housesitting job done with a minimum amount of fuss. 10/10 would recommend her to other homeowners and we look forward to having her back one day if it works out! Thanks Megan!!
Megan was wonderful and took very good care of my home and my beloved Prudence! Megan kept in touch regularly and left my cabin clean with laundry washed when i returned.I would reccomend Megan!
We decided on our trip at the last moment and were surprised anyone replied. Megan did, and we are so very glad. Megan arrived full of enthusiasm, asked great questions about Merlin our kitty and our house. This was our first time using Housesitters so we had forgotten a few items. She communicated well throughout our trip and sent pictures of Merlin! When we arrived home our house was sparkling clean with even the bed linens changed. What a nice surprise.
