Caring, genuine & responsible pet and housesitter. I’m semi retired and living on Vancouver Island with hopes of travelling and helping out with caring for pets. Non smoking, I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and always leave homes sparkling! Sometimes my partner is able to swing a few days to join me as well.

We have family in Calgary so enjoy house/petsitting in that area, especially in January or February for several weeks.

We had such a wonderful experience with Michelle! I couldn’t have asked for more! She was a wonderful communicator and took such good care of our animals and home. We came home to a clean and tidy house, with incredibly happy animals and gardens all watered. She even weeded some of my neglected garden while we were away. She made sure everything was done on the day she left/we arrived home so that we didn’t come home to a bunch of chores. I’m pretty sure my dogs miss her and I’m just so ... We had the absolute pleasure of having Michelle and Jennifer house-sit and care for our dog while we were away, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The moment I read Michelle's message, I could tell she was responsible, caring and a trustworthy lady. She initially messaged me about my posting... incase no one had replied, so I accepted someone else as a sitter. Well, the sitter I accepted had a family emergency and had to leave after 2 days. So I contacted Michelle immediately and she replied quickly and accepted to step in... thankfully! My place was exactly as I left it. My visitor-hiding cat, Cinnamon, even came up to Michelle and ... My visitor-hiding cat, Cinnamon, even came up to Michelle and let Michelle pet her! Unheard of! By the end of the week, Cinnamon let her pet her without recoil. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and conscientious. Even washed the sheets & towels. Overall... exceptional!!

Michelle was an ideal sitter in every way! From the first message, her communication was excellent. Our first meeting was like meeting an old friend. While I was gone, she took excellent care of my garden and cat. I returned to an immaculate home even better than how I'd left it. You'd be very fortunate to be able to invite Michelle to care for your property and pets!
