A friendly, responsible Torontonian with a lifetime background in Hospitality seeks a house/pet-sitting opportunity. My background has offered me the chance to meet and host an incredible list of celebrities. Many people have entrusted me to look after their home while they were away. This often included offering some TLC to various breeds of dogs and cats including Kona, Lou Reed, Bertram, Leroy, Kody, FOO, Pepper and Bruno, Lucy and Coco to name a few.
I have returned in May after being entrusted to house-sit a 7000 sq ft home in San Miguel De Allende. I was also a volunteer at the SMA animal rescue, walking dogs who were up for adoption.
Looking after someone’s home and pets is a responsibility that I don’t take lightly. However, I am comfortable with it having been a manager on duty in various opulent Hotels while the General Manager was absent. I was entrusted to deal with emergencies that ranged from floods to electrical issues and damage from inclement weather. I have a love of gardens and plants and have assisted in planting and caring for the plants and flowers on the terrace at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.

Mary Ann was an outstanding pet sitter. Gentle, knowledgeable, confident, and empathetic. The dogs loved her and enjoyed their two weeks with her. Hope we can have her back again :)
I would not hesitate to recommend Mary Ann for any house and/or pet sitting. Mary Ann took over our house and pets in such a seamless manner when we were away that we did not have to think about or worry about a thing. Which is exactly what you hope for when on holiday. She communicates and updates and responds to messages in a. Timely manner. She arrives when she promises. She leaves the house in immaculate condition. Highly recommend Mary Ann!
