Nora-Lee and I have been together for 26 years, married for the last 11. I am retired and Nora-Lee directs our local women’s shelter.

favoriteWhy we love house sitting

We both love animals so much and actually miss ours when we go away. We think housesitting is a great way to still have pet time and to lend a helping hand to people who are looking for quality pet care.

We live on a five acre lake front property, which requires a lot of maintenance. Nora- Lee takes care of most outside tasks while I look after the house.

We have 3 pets including a dog and 2 cats. Our dog goes to a sitter in town who she’s known since we got her as a pup. I like to get an individual from Housesitters Canada to stay at our home to look after our 2 cats.

Pet care

We love dogs and cats so much. Our friends’ pets have been fond of us since we first met.

Currently we are going to Nova Scotia from September 1st to 15th and would like to find a housesit where we can explore during the day and be at the home during the evenings. Some days we might not go anywhere. Your pets come first!
