Cute 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths townhome in Barrhaven (suburb in west end of Ottawa that has everything you need)

Grocery store within walking distance, accessible to public transit, but easier to manage with a car.

Otis loves attention and all the cuddles but he can be left alone for periods of time. Occasional watering of house plants.

Otis is a playful young cat with lots of energy but also loves to snuggle on his own terms. He is used to getting a lot of attention and playtime and will likely want to be where you are in the house. His meal times are pretty regimented (wet food around 7/8 am and dinner around 4/5pm)... he'll remind you how hungry he is. Litter is scooped daily and fresh water as needed.

Fish tank just requires a pinch of food every other day.

Exercise and play
He is a very active guy who loves his springs! He has a 'savage' mode whereby his animalistic instincts kick in and he'll attack your hand or whatever appendages are exposed. Divert his attention with one of his favorite toys, otherwise he can be relentless. His springs can be found in the drawer beside the dishwasher, under the stove, or cabinet with the microwave. He's also a fan of the laser pointer - one is in the mug on top of the books in the bedroom, and the other on the coffee table in the living room.

Feeding instructions
1/4 cup (one scoop) of dry food in the morning (8am ish) and dinner (4/5pm). He will always seem like he's hungry (vocal), but sometimes in the afternoon to keep him quiet, feed half his dry scoop early.
1/2 can wet food in am and pm - use one of the bowls and fill about 1/2 way with water (this ensures he gets water every meal).
Replenish water as needed - one bowl in the bedroom, and one in the entrance under the bench.
If you plan to be out for his dinner time, you can plug in the automatic feeder for his dry food and feed him the wet food when you get home.
