Our home

We live in an apartment in a four-plex (so three other units in the building) in a lovely neighbourhood in Montreal (Villeray), close to lots of grocery stores, parks, restaurants, cafes and more.

Our place is on the ground floor and the basement, but most everything you need would be on the ground floor. You would be staying in our guest room/office which has lots of plants and gets plenty of afternoon light.

We have an open kitchen, living room, dining room space, a back balcony (shared with one neighbour) and a backyard. It's a simple place (not a fancy condo), full of art and creativity.

We have two kids, so there's evidence of that as well. We are looking for someone who is okay with a lived-in home (we will clean of course!) and who is able to care for our belongings and space.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

While not downtown exactly, we are very close to everything you could need, and getting downtown and to Old Montreal / Museums / Art galleries / etc is very easy.

We have two very independent male cats who mostly live outdoors. They just need to be fed and brushed and given some love when they come in and out during the day. We work from home so they are used to someone around.
