Our home

I have a fully self contained separate entrance suite in a large home with fully fenced backyard in Port Moody. I own the home with my son and daughter in law and two grandsons, 11 and 14 who reside above. They do not have a pet right now. This home is in a gorgeous and safe area called Heritage Woods in a great community. My home is 1500 sq ft, queen bedroom, walk in shower, laundry room, office and large kitchen and living room. This home is in a gorgeous and safe area called Heritage Woods in a great community. My home is 1500 sq ft, queen bedroom, walk in shower, laundry room, office and large kitchen and living room. I renovated this 5 years ago. It is bright, safe, warm with a gas fireplace for chilly nights. No one in our house has ever smoked. Rocky Point Beach is a 5 minute drive, and so is our wonderful village called Newport.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Trees, parks, village and beach all 5 minutes away. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. And they run every 20-25 minutes.

My little girl Tessa is a Silky Terrier. Right now she is 1.5 years old and is so well behaved but still full of puppy beans. She is fully housetrained, leash trained, kennel trained and very well behaved. She does need regular walks and play time and having another small dog yourself would put her in heaven. She needs love and fun and continuity.

Important info

I keep a very clean home and expect it returned that way when I come home. It can snow up here as we are up in Heritage Mountain Area, but it gets cleared almost immediately by the city. In January it could happen but it never stays long if it does.
