I have a beautiful view of Tuc-El-Nuit Lake, 3 blocks to Rotary beach, Swimming + Board, Kayak June to Sept. 30th. unless you have a wet suit. You can use my bike. There isn't any snow until December usually. I have a full gym which you can use. Your bedroom has a onsuite. closet, You can use my washer & dryer. You should have a car, unless you order on phone - have your groceries delivered. I will give you a emergency number when you arrive, We are a few blocks from our local hospital. 1/2 hour drive to Penticton, 20 min. drive to Osoyoos this is one way of course.We have a Fire dept. in Oliver,Venables theatre, has great productions. Also there is a local Movie theatre .We get the local newpaper with what is local events..Fire extinguisher in garage, You can park your car in the garage.I keep a box of batterie for every need. I have lots of books to read.. I receive a TV program. There is a TV down stairs and upstairs.
