We are an active, healthy retired couple (I’m a former fundraiser and Matt is a professional landscaper, now working on his own projects!) We love to travel and we’re especially interested in exploring more of Canada. We’ve been dog-sitting since 2009, after our beloved Bouvier passed. We’ve enjoyed ‘our’ dogs for up to 3 months at a time each year when the owners travelled. We’re looking forward to the opportunity of home and pet sitting as a new chapter in our lives.

This was our first house sit and we were a bit nervous inviting someone to stay in our home. We were honestly so surprised this was such a perfect win/win. Matt and Hermoine came over twice before the actual sit to meet our dogs and go over house information. They sent us updates and pictures of what the dogs were doing while we were away. Our dogs obviously loved them. We would highly recommend this responsible couple to house and pet sit again.
