Responsible pet carer

Sophie: 21, Teaching Assistant

I am a responsible pet lover with lots of experience looking after cats and dogs. I'm also very conscientious and like to maintain a neat and tidy home. I was educated in Australia and Singapore and I have both Australian & British citizenship. I have a current working-with-children permit and a National police check (both for Australia & the UK) and have spent all of 2022 working as a teaching assistant at a private school in the UK.

I will be spending the summer of 2023 in Vancouver and am looking for pet and house-sitting opportunities from June 2023 to Oct 2023.

We really appreciated Sophie's positive, enthusiastic attitude, and nothing seemed to daunt her in terms of new experiences. She was delighted to have the company of our nearly 2 year old Tibetan Terrrier Calli, and she took great care of her, giving her lovely trail walks, as well as plenty of attention.
