I've retired from the field of education, which gives me a great deal of flexibility in my availability. As a long time home-owner, I have done a great deal of the upkeep and repairs to my home and know how to keep a house clean and tidy. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinking, Canadian. I have provided cat and dog sitting services for hosts, friends and family over the decades. While my children were growing up, we variety of pets; fish, birds, mice, hamsters and guinea pigs. I have also fostered dogs for the Humane Society and a dog rescue organization in the British Virgin Islands. My house if full of plants. Judith house sat and cared for our 10-yr old German Shepherd for two weeks. She met with us beforehand and being new to having a house sitter, we felt confident she could handle Hunter's anxiousness around other dogs. Judith fed Hunter's raw diet, and administered medication. She was communicative while we were away, sending updates and photos and we appreciated that she left only a very light footprint. I'd welcome Judith back to care for Hunter and I recommend her for your housesitting needs.
Judith was absolutely great with Jack and Coco! She was in communication with us prior to our trip to reassure her availability which put us at ease preparing to go away. During our time away she sent us photos and let us know that all was good at home and Jack and Coco were in good hands. Upon our return, the house was in good order. We loved having Judith come and stay with Sheena. Sheena bonded with her very quickly, and the house was immaculate when we returned. Judith was so easy to communicate with, and she also helped me out with some other pre-trip walks. I found her a wonderful and welcoming person and we would love to have her back anytime.
Judith was an excellent housesitter and took great care of my cat Sal while I was away for work for 2 weeks. She gave extra attention to keeping the place clean and even worked with me through setting up a key deposit box. Great communication all throughout so I never had to worry. Highly recommend her services!
Judith stayed in our house for 3 weeks while we were away on a family holiday. She was responsive, honest, reliable, and took great care of our house. Obi seemed to be well cared for as well. Judith asked the right questions prior to our departure and I felt comfortable leaving Obi and our house in her care.
