Hello all!
I am a responsible and experienced housesitter from Vancouver, BC.
I love cats and they like me too! I've had cats all my life, and I really enjoy their company. I will be attentive to your cat's unique personality, and any quirks they might have :-)
I've also cared for goats, chickens, rabbits, and more. I love nature, plants and gardening. I've lived in urban and rural environments, and feel at home in both.
I'm calm and quiet, very conscientious, and will treat your place as if it were my own. I am a non-smoker.

Dascha
Dascha was a blessing as a sitter . My cat was in love with her . She sent me a picture of cat on her knee the first day which was thoughtful so I had no worries. The house was pristine on my return. She is a lovely dependable person. Would highly recommend her and hope to have her sit again. She is a 10 out of 10

Big gratitude to Dascha for being available on short notice, and for taking great care of the kitties and the house. Dascha brought a calm centered energy to my home. She made no demands and followed through on all of my requests. She is an excellent communicator and cat whisperer. My very skittish Hanuman warmed up to her immediately! My kitty, Blue, can be very particular about people coming to "his" house, since it's just been the 2 of us for so long and he is very routine oriented. Dascha had great patience in understanding that all kitties are unique and require different types of love and 'stay away from me" time. She was easy to communicate with, sent me just the right amount of photos so I felt comfortable that Blue was happy and was a pleasure to meet! Dascha is a very reliable and kind housesitter. She showed up on time, sent updates and replied to messages in a timely manner. She had the extra responsibility of looking after our foster kitty as well as our resident cat and did a great job of monitoring their interactions. She also followed their different feeding regimes with great attention to detail. We felt comfortable being away knowing the kitties were in great hands, would highly recommend.
