Hello! I am a retired professional currently living in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. I am a lifelong animal lover and have owned many dogs and cats over the years. My circumstances are no longer conducive to me owning pets so I am offering my services a house/pet sitter to get my animal “fix”.

As mentioned above, I am an experienced dog and cat owner. I have owned dogs from certified breeders, “backyarders” as well as rescue/shelters. I volunteered at an SPCA animal shelter for several years. I also have owned tropical fish and have experience with many species of aviary birds including parrots.

I am healthy and am a non-smoker. I am willing to look after your pets and take care of whatever maintenance / chores are required to keep your place humming along!

As a pet owner I know how important it is to you to know that your pets are well cared for when you are absent. I will treat them as they are my own so you can have peace of mind when you are gone. I am computer literate and use social media so staying in touch when you are gone will be something I will do on a regular basis.

I do charge a daily fee. This fee is negotiable depending on the level of house and pet care required.

Chris was a great house/pet sitter, very reliable and communication was excellent. We were away for 5 weeks, so it's a long time to have someone look after our animals, and I have many birds and 2 dogs. Chris was excellent with their care, made sure they were priority in the sit. I would recommend Chris for house/pet sitting, and definitely have him come back if he would be willing to sit at our home.

Chris: Thanks Denise.....yes, I would be happy to come back to look after Koji, Mia and the bird gang. Unfortunately, my review was sent prematurely and cannot be edited. I had lots of fun with the dogs and learned so much about birds! You have a beautiful home.

Chris was awesome! He both looked after our house and pets, 2 cats and a dog. He not only communicated regularly but he also sent pics, which we loved receiving. I highly reccomend Chris as both a thoughtful and caring individual looking after everything we held dear. Addition: we came home to a clean, well cared-for house, and three relaxed and happy animals. We really appreciated having him here while we were away.
