We are an easy going Canadian couple (from Prince Edward Island) in our 30's with lots of pet-sitting experience!🇨🇦🐶🐱

We are currently in New Zealand, but will be back in Canada in June 2025! We are looking to travel and pet sit around Canada for part of the summer before heading back to PEI!

We are mature, reliable, and friendly! Kathleen loves dancing and trying new things. Dave loves crossword puzzles and wood working projects. We both love traveling, exploring, taking spontaneous adventures to new places, being in nature, and meeting new people and of course animals! We are both looking forward to expanding our horizons by meeting new people from various cultures and spending time with different kinds of animals.

We have both grown up with cats and dogs in our households. Over the past few years, we have been busy gaining experience in pet sitting, dog walking, and doing drop in pet visits! We are comfortable with different sizes and breeds. We will follow any instructions you leave with the utmost care and attention, and make sure that your pet is kept safe while under our watch.

If your animal has any special needs, feel free to go over all the details with us and we will accommodate them to the best of our abilities. Just let us know what your pet likes to do, what environments make them comfortable, how much play time they need, etc. and we will do whatever is needed to keep them happy while you're away!

We are learning more about plant care and will admit right away that we have not gotten a perfect score for plant care in the past. But that has motivated us to be more understanding about the home owner's specific plant care needs as some have told us that if there is a good rainfall every few days, we do not need to water them. But that of course is not the same for every individual and we have started to understand that. So we accept that housesitting is certainly a learning journey and we aim to give not only perfect pet care but the same for plant care too!
