Hi. I am an animal lover with a preference for cats. A house isn't a home without one, nor is a walk good unless you meet one . 😊 I am at the right age to get away and explore new areas. My family is all grown up now , so I am free to go away for extended visits to other areas. I can do this solo or partly with my husband or a friend. I speak English and have a good knowledge of French . I do not smoke ( anything 😏) . A fine bottle of wine would be wasted on me but I do love a good cup of tea. I love to walk,hike, kayak and curl up with a good book. I am happy to be retired from my job working with children in schools and am now looking for a little adventure, even if it is simple.
