Retired Couple from Kelowna B.C. willing to housesit in B.C., Alberta, and Ontario. We are a quiet couple who don't venture too far from home and enjoy an afternoon scrabble game, bike riding and long walks. We have both never smoked and only drink on rare occasions.
We have been homeowners since we were first married and know how to care for a home. We have also owned several rental properties and know how important it is to have responsible, caring people look after your home while you are away. I also love to clean and have had people remark "how did you get that shower door so clean?", and "you can stay here anytime, the house has never looked better".
We have had many pets, almost every kind. That may have something to do with raising 3 boys! The picture of the 2 cockapoos and 1 cat eating from the same plate shows how relaxed our pets are. We had all 3 from birth, and they all had good and very long lives with us. We enjoy snuggling, walking and caring for animals.
We downsized from a large home with a pool and hot tub, so we know about pool and spa care. We are in a condo now but always loved to care for our yard and garden in previous years.
