I am an active, retired mom of 4 adult children, living in St. Albert, Alberta, married with a golden retriever named Ole and our tabby cat Charlie.
I enjoy gardening, long walks with Ole, I am an avid runner and cyclist; in winter I enjoy the outdoors: snowshoeing or downhill skiing.

Being a home owner, I can appreciate having peace of mind with a reliable person who is respectful of your home, and kind to your pets.

I have always had pets, either fish, birds, cats or dogs I have administered medications, clipped nails on uncooperative cats and birds, and given palliative care for one of our cats diagnosed with cancer.

I am an experienced house and pet sitter and my goal is to ensure that you have a worry-free vacation knowing that your pets and property are in safe hands.
Your home will be treated with respect and animals will be treated with care, love and affection. Your home will always be kept tidy, neat and clean. I charge $75.00 a day/night for the first pet and $25.00 for each additional pet.
This would include light yard and home duties as required.

While my retired husband will be home, taking care of our dog Ole and cat Charlie, He may join me on extended sits. I will be the main house/pet sitter.

Pauline has taken care of my pets for the last few years. She has taken them for overnight, extended vacations, and day walks. She takes her job very seriously and every pet is well taken care of. She is attentive and keeps them well entertained and follows their diet. Pauline will also brush, groom as needed, and follow all information for pet, home and yard care maintenance
Whenever I return, my pets are happy and content. They are well exercised, and I never have to feel guilty about leaving them behind. She will send me updates and pictures of my pets and I can see how well they are doing. She is highly responsible and excellent with animals. I would highly recommend her if you were going away and know that you are in good hands.

I have known Pauline very well for almost 40 years. During that time, I have had the opportunity many times to see first-hand how she runs her own home, how she treats others' homes while a guest, and how she cares for pets. Pauline is a very energetic person who runs an efficient and clean house. She is responsible, common-sense and organized. As a guest in someone else's home, she is conscientious about "pulling her weight" - chipping in to help the hosts and cleaning up after herself (and others). She has been a responsible and loving owner of both dogs and cats and is diligent about walking them, feeding them, ensuring they get appropriate medical attention and cleaning up after them as needed.
I personally am known as a somewhat fussy housekeeper and I would be thrilled to have Pauline take care of my own home while I am away.
I am confident that if you were to select Pauline to care for your house and pets, you would benefit from the many positive aspects of her character.
